Synopsis - Fishing is about more than catching fish. A short documentary about a group of fishermen that set out on a tenacious expedition to not only catch massive fish, but to also endure the life lessons that come from it. 

 

Director's Statement - Fishing is a core activity in my life. It takes tenacity, patience, grit, and positive mindset to catch incredible creatures of the water. I've learned many lessons on the lake that can be applied to everyday life, and I thought this fishing trip that I took with my family would be the perfect moment to capture those lessons and sum it up in a short documentary. I hope anyone who watches this, fishermen or not, can apply this lessons to any part of their lives.
